Can we order for Corporate Events, Weddings and Parties?
Yes! We will work with you directly throughout the entire process. From picking flavor combinations, creating customized labels, down to every last detail. Can I customize my Perfect Pair or Variety Pack Flavors?
Yes! For orders of 3 or more boxes, you are most definitely welcome to customize your very own flavor combinations. Simply email us at Hello@wescandyco.com for more information.
Please allow approximately 2-3 business days in addition to delivery times, which is 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped priority mail from Los Angeles, California via USPS. Any custom duty and tax are the responsibility of the recipient and not covered in the shipping costs. Please check with your local post office or customs agency for more information on rules and fees that may apply to your country.
Shipping During The Summer
We do ship all year round, including times of extreme heat. To ensure that you receive your items in pristine condition, we will ship with ice packs!
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
Cancellations or any changes to your order must be made in writing within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email Hello@wescandyco.com. Unfortunately, items cannot be cancelled or changed. Because candy is perishable, we are unable to exchange or accept returns, and all sales are final. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours. We will be sure to resolve any issues :)
Checkout, International Orders, Taxes
All prices at check out are in US Dollars. Please note if you are an international customer, your final total will be based on your country's conversion rates and reflected on your credit card. If shipping within or to California a 9% CA state tax will be applied. Any custom duty and tax are the responsibility of the customer.
